Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at johnwesleyprohtusa.ca@yahoo.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions. Returns must be sent to: 8090 Rue Hochelaga, #3 mail box, Montréal QC H1L 2L1, Canada. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

4. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status and process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at johnwesleyprohtusa.ca@yahoo.com.

5. Refund Methods Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

7. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

8. European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification, provided the item is in its original condition with proof of purchase.
