Return & Refund Policy

At Khosper Beauty, we stand behind every device we curate. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Beauty devices that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our team at support@khosperbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your device arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened skincare consumables, used devices, and items marked as final sale.
